5. Methods and Terms of Processing Personal Information

1. The processing of the User’s personal data is carried out for an unlimited period by any legal method, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without using such tools.
2. The User agrees that the website owner has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular to contractors/suppliers, through electronic communication, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User-Customer's order.
3. Personal data of the User may be transferred to authorized government bodies of the Russian Federation only based on and in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the website owner informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.

6. Obligations of the Parties

7. Responsibility of the Parties

8. Dispute Resolution
